  • Amlakie from now on, please say nothing to destructive and disrespectful comments. Regardless, let the comments flow so that they would say much-more about the person who posted that comment even-though no one would know for sure who that person might be. Needleless, no need to know who that is even if there are ways to do so. Yet, be mindful those might be people around the corner/block. So ignore them. In doing so, you would prevail that you are more than who they think you are.

  • I'm proud of you, my EthiopiaN brother! Your music made my day! That was awesome..keep up the good work with you .

  • amlake. I watch more than five of your video. You are the best when you play. The only thing I can give a comment the sound system. Especially on this video. It is not clear.

  • You are the best player I love all those song you played. Thanks

  • @yesolosey Thank you for your very generous comment.

  • This message is for ''Kudida1''. U stupid uncivilized monkey, first learn what music is about(instruments) then maybe you can disrespect a brother like Amlakie. See instruments its not something a dam uneducated people like you understand. And you called him a fool cause he at least got a confidence to put his works on web, so bright minded people like us will have a good time. And some sick basters like u sit home and criticize all this awesome job he did.

  • Hirut12345, life is too short and too beautiful to let these kind of fools take the fun out of us.So please don't feel bad!

Oh!... and the tizita is comming soon, sorry for the wait.

    Cheers!

  • This fool is impudent enough to post this trash on the web! If people want Ethiopian music to be popular, idiots like this should not be allowed to post shits online.

  • I can see that you are a very shallow person. I wish you were as wise and civilized as most Ethiopian brothers and sisters, but apparently you are not: and your words are reflections of your unpolished personality. I could have deleted your infantile comment;however, I left it there so that people can see your true colors-if you have any!

To your info, I DID NOT CLAIM TO BE A PROFESSIONAL KEYBOARDIST, but i can surely teach you how to appriciate music and musicians.

    Cheers.

  • i agree

  • Hey your work is really good. Keep it up. Its really nice to see an instrumenal music that truly reflects the traditional ethiopian music scene. Your work is really cool. I reccomonde you check out Fela Ransom kuti, he is also an amazing Nigerian instrumental and Afro beat producer. He played several instruments including the Jembe drums, few string instuments and Guitar. Well done , hopefully we will see your work in the world music category very soon.

  • what a talent.men.u make my day.the lucky guy.god bless you.i want to see you on cd.god bless you.i wish you all the best.what a gift.

  • ethiofekade,I am a bit flattered but i still thankyou for your complement, and my advice to you is " if you really wanna play the keyboard, it is very possible" all you have to do is to spend few minutes everyday familiarizing yourself with how the keys sound.

  • i trying ,do u learn all this by yourself.or you went to school to learn music.

  • Not really, I didn't go to music school ( I know i will one day). That is why i was trying to tell you that all it needs is practice.

  • you learned by yourself.men.wow.so i have some glimmer of hope.i want someone to give intial idea.i bought dvds, books but i still find hard to make it though.i love music.more than anybody can imagin.i want to transfer myself from listening to playing those instruments.thank you for the info

  • Hey brother, do you know Ferew Hailu's song called "be fiker ma'ebel: merkebe tenaweta: tewezawezalech teneta newu leka"...I think it would make a great tune in key- board

  • Great Job! Egizer yistilin!

  • hi again nice piece of music. i liked the advice you gave to ethiofekade.

it is true practice makes perfect.also i might

add patience too. After watching other people

i used to think playing keyboard was easy. But

i found out it wasnot easy at all when i started playing it myself. if i may ask you

what brand is that key board. I am guessing

Casio. I have a small yahama keyboard.

  • Thankyou so much for the comment 123ertr...and you were right patience is the key... the key board i have is made by Yamaha, but since i have got it from radio shack store , it has their logo on it...i used to have a Casio key board when i was back home though.

Cheers and best wishes to the New Year.

  • i wish if i can play like you.

  • ethiofekade...if you really wanna learn how to play the it,just play with the keys every now and then...after a while the notes will become familiar to your ears...and before you know it you will start playing one of your favorite tunes...then you will learn to play another one...eventually the keyboard will become your best friend.
