They do still brew Grain Belt. I think it's brewed by Pabst now.

I have NEVER heard of this beer.....was it any good?.....or cheap stuff?.....by the way you are right the voice over is william conrad.....he actually played the voice of Marshal Mat Dillon on GUNSMOKE when it was an old radio show.

I collected beer cans when I was a kid and old Grain Belt cans were so common that it must not have been too bad a beer. Somebody was obviously drinking a lot of the stuff from the 40s to the 70s. I hope they had better sense than to put ketchup on their hot dogs while they were drinking it though.
