@carinschwartz1 voices are done by class not by race, a human sith inquisitor and a sith sith inquisitor will have the same voice, but a human sith inquisitor will have a diffrent voice than a human imperial agent.

I was a hardcore fan of the original KotoR, I beat it several times as light and dark taking every frigging thing I could down the paths. I have to say I am loving this so far, I hope this gets as huge as any other game out there because KotoR deserved it, this looks like it deserves it, I really hope to see more of this from you ^^

@ScottBrown124 I know, but I think this will succeed more where others failed because it has a full voice over which makes it feel more like an RPG which will attract part of the RPG crowd, That's why I got it, this is my first major MMO, I've played free ones and trials of WoW and stuff. And to me the voice over makes a tremendous difference, it makes fetch quests much more fun to play. It probably won't kill WoW but it will certainly take a chunk out of their player base especially newplayers

As for the "Dark sider going Light" thing you really are forced to this by the story. If you pick Alliance you are fighting against the Sith and if you pick the Sith you're secretly undermining their efforts.

It's just bad bioware writing and illusion of you actually doing something that actually matters. IN the end no choice in this game will ever matter cause it's an MMO.

@tqui94 Actually George Lucas said he modeled the Empire off of the Nazis and since the first metion of the sith was in reference to Darth Vader in the novelization for Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, as a title for Darth Vader, the "Dark Lord of the Sith."

Comparing this game to WoW is as dumb as comparing BF3 to MW3 - they seem to play so different! By no means do you have to suddenly dislike one of the games to like the other :( the two main things attracting me to SWTOR is the casual orientated approach with in-depth story telling and linear gameplay. And Star wars!!!

@nortalus WoW sets the standard for all MMORPGS, it is a good thing when peopel compare it to that. Usually with MMORPGS people play only one not 2, so liking both would not make much sense.

Gods I loved the IA starting zone so much better than the one for the two Sith archetypes. IA just drops you right into the action, as oppossed to the Sith 'go kill these slugs' quest, which honestly seemed like a nod and a wink to Allods' Xadaganian Empire starting area.
