great cover, do most keyboards have an organ sound option in built or only pricey ones just wondering as im in the market for that excact sound for DP covers, also is the overdrive inbuilt or from guitar amp? cheers Matt
Hello, thanks for watching it. I just used the inbuilt sounds of the yamaha psr-550,it's a very simple keyboard, all i had to do was selection the organ sound and go to effects and add overdrive. Now I'm with a Korg Triton Tr, tehere are many many options os customising the sounds, buts its basicly organ sound with amp or overdrive effects! Hope I've helped
This is simply GREAT!!! I am simply surprised to the critics who fail to see the genius in your version. Keep up the good work mate! I wonder what you would have in stock for us if you would play a keyboard-contribution to a song like Maiden's "Number of the beast"...keep me informed, I want to be the first to hear!!!
man, I cant make a tutorial because it was an improvisation, i just got the chords of the song that u can find in any web site of tabs and the started improvising, hope helped, greetings
U NEED TO LEARN HOW TO APRECIATE A SONG BY ITS TECNIC AND MUSIC QUALITY AND NOT CRITICIZE IT JUSTBECAUSE U DONT LIKE IT this or That kind of music.I doubt jon lord never had headbangered for an heavy metal song, I enjpoy all kinds of rock, Dream theater, Purple, Bon Jovi etc.just beacause I played judas in a new way doesnt mean that i dont know what jon lord listens or cares about, i just Care about the feeling of the song, I think Music is Made For been creative, and make people have fun
dude, dont worry about some people says. You rock!!. Im not too much in heavy music. Ive just heard sad wings of destiny from priest. Its the first time I listen this song and with that organ arrange sounds amazing. The music background sounds better with an organ, it sounds kind of hard rock =)
Any kind of music depends of how much expresses or what you feel when you heard it, so keep feeling what you enjoy and dont care about other says. saludos
Jon Lord is a great musician, and he does not plays only one kind of music, he is a musician and he studies many other kinds of songs, and i Really dont think he would be sad or angry to listen someone using his stile to create new things in a song of other category, rock, metal, hard rock, are all the same, they utilize the same scales, have solos, have the jazz and blues feeling, the disfference is the Weight of the song, soem are heavier than the other but are also great,
wait guys, I thanks for all the ones who apreciate my music.I really love music, and the best way to do a good job is practice all kinds of songs and stiles and also u need to learn to play with the music, feel what the song is transmiting and try to create new things in the old ones or create new songs.
And you're degenerated and have no knowledge of Jon Lord's musicianship. Boondock Saints is 100% right. Heavy metal is dumb people's music, and unfortunately 80% of the population is dumb(just as you are).
Jon Lord never just backed up Deep Purple. He did solos in every song. Name it and he's done a solo. I like both bands and am highly influenced by both yet you can't say Lord was just backup.
your cover is amazing :D,

OMG I will never listen to Breaking The Law the same way. I will miss the keyboards!
I'd love to hear you play "Sinner" or "Exciter". Early Judas Priest songs were waaaaay better than the albums from 1980 onwards.
