$ sudo apt-get install docky

Or Go Into Ubuntu Software Centre And Search "docky" And It Should Pop Up, Click Install

ok i got the themes but when i choose one nothing happens. what should i do?

I can create the folder but when I go to extract it from download folder I cant 'see' the folder in order to extract it cuz its hidden! I cant drag and drop because I all my folders open full size and I dont know how to re-size. I cant download directly to the hidden folder because I cant point the dowload manager to the hidden location.
