Well, it's not like Dominique shows up on t.v. frequently - like a Terrell Owens or a Michael Jordan. Even during the height of her career - the masses didn't see her that much unless it was during the Olympics. And Dominique doesn't look exactly the same as she did during her career - she's still petite, but she's grown up a lot. Im sorry for using the term AA so much, but I was just making a point. And there is a such thing as breaking down barriers, because now you see more black children in gymnastics. There is still racism no doubt, but the fact of slavery was a barrier that was broken, the civil rights movement broke down segregation for the most part. I'm not saying there isn't still racism, I'm just saying it's not as extreme as it used to be regarding slavery.

@lewal1972 You're right, but I think Dom doesn't want to let herself go. She said that when she weighed more she felt tired and lathargic(sp?) all the time and like she didn't want to get up. Plus, they showed her mom at a glance once during the 96 games and her mom was a little chunky. So I think she probably takes after her mom. Either way she looks good to me though. And about the whole asian thing, it could be because of her Native American heritage since they are considered asian now. lol.

Especially if you look at the video of her performing her floor routine to that Aretha Franklin "Respect." I think it's 1998, and she wasn't training as much so her booty was big. I think the main reason why she stays slimmer is to be healthy number one, and she seems to take after her mother because when they showed her mom during the 96 olympics her mom was a little hefty.

I've seen her in person doing one of her motivational speeches in Kansas City, and she's not ugly and she isn't super sexy neither has some big tits, but she lacks from the back, and she is very muscular and definitely would not rank her in the top 10 most sexiest women she's more like in the top 100. @largec Beyonce isn't even all that cute. She's made up and wears colored weaves to make herself look good. The only thing that makes Beyonce even remotely good looking, is the fact that she has a normal sized body and doesn't look like a freakin stick. that's the ONLY thing Beyonce has going for her, and not all beautiful women have to have a big ass. @largec Yeah Alicia is definitely cuter than Dominique, but I would take Dominique over Beyonce and Alicia. Those two women are too hyped up and like I said, Dominique is a classy lady and leaves everything to the imagination. She doesn't take her clothes off and stuff, besides the required leotard, to make people want her. That's the reason why she's so appealing. She makes you want to see what she looks like underneath the clothing, and doesn't just show you all that she's got.

Dawes may not flaunt her sexy as much as they do, but that doesn't make Dawes classier and Beyonce and Alicia classless. Well, it's not like Dominique shows up on t.v. frequently - like a Terrell Owens or a Michael Jordan. Even during the height of her career - the masses didn't see her that much unless it was during the Olympics. And Dominique doesn't look exactly the same as she did during her career - she's still petite, but she's grown up a lot. And her hair is not in a bun: I remember Dom saying that people often get thrown off by her hair not being in a bun like it was during her gymnastics days, lol.
