There is another plan, its call exercise and it's actually cheaper, or even free in some cases. People lose from 7 to 20 lbs on their 24 day challenge? Well, if you exercise in the 24 days you do lose from 10 to 25 lbs plus you also get more energy and your body will feel awesome!! But then again you could just drink their kool aid and the results will vary!!

@rideswithchrist, i too have lost 15 pounds thus far and a pant size. i'm in the middle of a 24DC right now, so i'm excited to see those numbers drop even lower! The reason people like "Swam" dont believe in Advocare (or any other home based business) is because THEY are the variable! If you succeed, its b/c of YOU...and if you fail, its b/c of YOU! For some, that's a motivator...and for some who don't believe in themselves, its a deterrent!

Well, first of all, I lost 15 pounds within 7 weeks. I also lost 2 pant sizes in just a few short months. Overall I was much healthier and EVERYONE else I know had results and energy too. Their scientific & medical advisory board is well known in their fields and they back up what they actually put in the bottle,which you can't say for GNC. The Endorsers are NOT PAID, they take them because they work. Some ppl need 90 days to see results, depends on your body, some ppl are really unhealthy .

@swam.. I've been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years and both my wife an I are certified personal trainers and nutrition counselors. We own fitness studio have been offering AdvoCare products to our clients for about six months now with great success in results and income. We did lot's of research before offering these products to our clients and we are very happy that we decided to do so. Advocare products have complimented our business in many ways and the products are great.

@chinonyle You know people come to you for nutritional and fitness advice and you offer them a product that you claim you understand. Its sad to see all these MLM products being used by "professionals" that people look to for trust and you utilize it to gain wealth. What about these products are so great compared to anything OTC on the shelves and how are they SO much better than any other supplement out there?

@chinonyle What kind of research could you have possibly done to not see past the mlm smoke and mirrors? All these MLM's that have survived contain products that are complete bullshit. They toss around fancy words to make people believe that they are "worth" the extra money. The product is a charade for the money transaction and it is a shame that people waste all their time and effort into a scheme that 99% of people eventually fail.

There are advocare complaints due to the fact that the products are crap and the distribution style advocare uses sucks. Your just like everyone else i have ever talked to who are involved with advocare. You preech and preech about the marketing side advocare and how to make money that you never talk about the product and what it consists of and how it works. Stop scamming people, advocare works is you are willing to take advantage of people. Stop taking advantage of others, get a real job.
