the old w124 engines are better easier to work on less tech to mess up on them and a better sound not saying that engine is bad at all just not the same it just seems to be plastic everywhere these days and too many computers

yes but there is nothing like direct injection diesel, its a totally different animal that lasts for a few 100,000 miles which is more than anyone can ask for compared to the old loud no power smoky ones that give diesel the bad name till this day
