  • @danieldelaney The two that come to mind are coconut and peanut chutneys. Basically you grind up the coconut or peanuts (you can toast your peanuts a little too if you like) in a blender or food processor and make a paste, adding water if it gets too thick, after that's done they take curry leaves, mustard seeds, some dried red chilis, and heat them up in oil, just enough to infuse everything and mix the infusion with the coconut or peanut paste, add the juice of 1/2 a lime and salt to taste!
