1996 Chevrolet Lumina LS SuperCharged Riding

I just bought a 95 Lumina and it is a super smooth ride. I would love to do some upgrades and am wondering what they respond well to other than exhaust?

@xa1200 None lol Just take your muffler off and that's what you get I just installed a y pipe to make it dual pipes

so what made u switch back to thee oringinal 3.1 motor and was it hard upgrading to a 3800???

It was easy to upgrade only a few adjustments and I bought the 3800 motor for only $400 from a guy turned out the motor was bad and it blew when i took it down the track one night

No I had my dad's mechanic do it also their is a 3.4L you can put in it all the Lumina LTZ have them

@norfolkdash9 I bet I wud. I have a 3.1 Litre in my '98 lumina and it has a single glasspack on it and it really sounds good. So I bet dual pipes on a 3.1 would be pretty good.

At the time of this video it had a 3800 supercharger now it's back to the stock 3100 but sounds pretty much the same and it's 2 1/2 inch pipe all the way

there was no 3.1 dohc. there WAS however, a 3.4 dohc.

Something different ... Im tired of seeing monte carlos, caprices, and impalas dont get me wrong they are nice cars but too many of them out there also if you check the history of the lumina back in the day dale senior use to drive the number 3 chevy lumina car in nascar

Check mine out. They are probably the sleeperiest cars on the road, can be made very fast, and they have extremely low cop stigma. They'll go after a mustang or civic before they go after a lumina.

Just cut the exhaust off an run a y pipe so it's just all pipe
