Kelly Clarkson had a big problem with them doing that. This is the reason they lost viewers this year. Personally I liked Danny Gokey more.

It reminds me of G Bush winning over Al Gore. It was a fair game and we accept what the majority chose. However, that doesn't mean that Kris is better, than Adam. As nice as a guy he is, he could not even sing the idol song properly, it was more like a Joke to vote for him to win a singing competition, against Adam. I ignore the mainstream media and Fox News. I listen to MSNBC and read major newspapers, progressive magazines, and blogs. The Pentagon has declared that climate change is a major source of global destabilization and disruption. Our military is convinced it is real and dangerous. The IPCC includes hundreds of leading climate scientists from who nearly all agree that man-made factors cause dangerous global warming. Oil and coal interests have spent millions on propaganda to confuse the issues.

Winner?? While the judges thought Adam should have won, I think he will have more financial success than Kris and he won't have to sing that stupid "No Boundaries" song and Idol won't control his music. Kelly Clarkson had a big problem with them doing that. This is the reason they lost viewers this year. Personally I liked Danny Gokey more.

another thing that kind of trips me out is how conservative pop culture has become. if we were in the 70s or 80s, someone like Adam would be totally excepted a la prince, bowie, lou reed, mick jagger, the new ro movement etc. now the born agains and hard core conservatives have such a strong voting and buying power that it amazes me that there is even other music out there aside from country. i think this year we will see more creativity coming out. at least i hope so.

Kris Allen seems like a nice guy so i dont want to totally thrash him. however the reality is that there are a million kris allens out there. one year from now he will go the way of taylor hicks. Adam Lambert has the talent and charisma of a long standing superstar. he can be the person who brings that rock opera genre from the 70s back to today while adding a hipness of now.

What is this? I just watched the DVR version of AI and I almost got an anneurism. I know I work for Advertising and FOX and I say FOX... I cannot even make sense. Alright It is between the Married Guy or the Gay Guy...... Guess what! I know. America have not evolve yet even though ironically today they found the "Missing Link". I love the way he talks-so confident, open and laid back. It's sad his sexual orientation is always brought up when he has so much talent as a singer/performer from even before his audition.
