They recognised the problems and the car has been returned and replaced with a new focus 1.6 and i paid just a small amount of money. i am content now. Fiesta was brand new also when i bought.

bmw 507 was faster than any mopar in his time.

the 300sl gullwing laps any mopar twice, before the mopar is going to finish the first lap.

And no shit a mercedes gullwing would beat a mopar ona road coarse. Small light cars made for cornering. Muscle cars are made for straight line speed and acceleration. you can mod the suspension for handling.. but they are just heavier in general. and i plan on putting EFI on my mopar haha. Carbs are no good when its cold.

Only reason why Pushrod motors have been used for so long is due to reliance. in a DOHC car there is alot more that can go wrong.. and alot more that would need to be replaced. Pushrod motor is alot simpler and way more reliable.

ok, they are as simple as 50cc moped engines.

but you need to adjust valves and probaly hear it tick after a while.

i owned a 3.0 ford v6 OVC engined sierra, my second car, i added a '89 rear axle with disc brakes.

pushrod sucks, it takes too long before they start generating power, boring.

we don't do straigths, that's for fools.

it's not true that (D)OHC brakes more.

they just aswel build as pushrod engines.

and fairly simple aswel.

with hydraulic valve adjust, you don't even have to take care of them, just change the belt every 60.000km+.

but you it can be that you need special tools to hold the cams in place while your change the belt.

but a simple white marker does the job wel.

i still have a vectra a v6 2.5 24v DOHC(engine designed by cosworth) stocked, it achieves a higher toppeed than 2009 mustang gt.

Dude its all on how the car is tuned. 10.5:1 Compression, MSD Ignition, and Well tuned carb... she aint waistin much. And full Polyeurithane suspension can always help with handling. And turos are for pussys who cant make power.

And even if you did have a turbo im making all my power at high RPM with a 3.23 rear gear ratio. give me just a little bit of a straight edge and your done. But really, you cant compare the two cars. Two eras.. two styles.. made for different things.

a dohc engine is no way more complex than a pushrond engine.

the advantage you have, the burn more efficient, have hydraulic valve adjust, so you never need to adjust valves, not even take the valve cover off.

deping on the model you choose, thay are rockers or not, but there is no valve adjust and there for wil never start thicking.
