This is another master composition of the great Eugene Record, the harmony, the lyrics and the orchestrational background arrangement stands the hair upon my whole body when I listen. I'm so glad I was around in the 70's to hear and appreciate great music like this. RIP Eugene, your music and spirit will live on forever, Thank You Sir!

What can you say, except superb. I haven't heard this song for over 30 years and now that I have it still sound good. It mesmerized me again just like it did in 1974. Eugene Record's voice has always been easy on my ears and just made me want more. I for one am very glad we can keep it alive through these postings of the Chi-Lites. My all time favorite group.

Chi-Lites and Stylistics made life bearable for this Army brat jus' moved to Joliet, IL. in the late 60's, tryin' to adjust to civvy life - thank GOD for them and the ladies that brought me into manhood and their world.......still listen to these Brothers today. Such a huge void in REAL music these days.......can't believe the shit that passes for music these days - sad.

The Chi-lites had such moving melodies....soundtracks to our lives. The strings are so beautiful....this always reminded me of the coldest days of my life...music like this can never be duplicated...ever, but damn i wish somebody would try to nowadays....timeless music....so beautiful
