NOT true! Its a "FACT" that if you increase your heartheart (IE excercise no matter how), you automatically increase your burn rate and thus burn more calories. ANY increase in movement increases calorie burn and thus you lose weight. Calories NO MATTER WHAT what diet your on is the ONLY thing that matters. Eat less, lose weight. PERIOD!
