I'm so, so, so UNhappy for me because I miss her YouTube videos! And, because I threw my TV out over 10 years ago so I won't be able to watch her show. Oh well, you can't have everything! I guess I'd rather be happy seeing Aarti fulfilling her dreams than being selfish and wanting to keep her on YouTube.

I found the title of this dish "I ain't chicken chicken" weird. She did NOTHING to disguise the fact that this wasn't a baked chicken dish. To say that it's not chicken just because she invented a recipe for seasoning the chicken was lame.

It's baked chicken. It's not masquerading as pork, beef or tofu. It IS chicken.

I actually tried the recipe, the flavor was different but I didn't like the rasins, but I loved using the turkey. I'm looking for other recipies to use the garam masala (which was a bit hard to find) and I found a great pot pie recipe from Jeff Corwin.

I also made Aarti's pistachios pops and they were awesome.

if tom won, i would never watch his show cause he just appears to be pretty filthy and sloppy. and theres already too much american cooking on this channel.

if herb won, i wouldn't watch either cause he was so self-centered and there's already a hispanic chef on food network.

Congrats but Herb shoulda won and Jeff shoulda won last year. Instead now we have 2 mediocre cooks teaching us how to make cheap food and Indian food. I guess I can't expect much from a channel with Sandra Lee and Rachel Ray. I just watched an episode where Sandra was frying okra and all the breading pretty much fell off. Mushy okra with bread crumbs lmao. This is a joke. WILL NOT WATCH

@naitodetsu Nobody cares about your opinion! It doesn't change the fact that Aarti won and she has great expertise about Indian food! She won fair and square! And comparing Rachael Ray and Sandra Lee to Aarti is just plain crazy! I don't like Sandra Lee that much but I respect her as a cook! And Rachael Ray became instantly famous (with her own talk show that OPRAH gave her) because of her what you call "cheap food". And why would you talk about okra!?!
