If it's anything like a garmin you need to set it to off road navigation mode when on a plane/boat etc.

maybe its going crazy because the device is pointing sideways... it needs to be pointing in the same direction that the plane is going...

I did that aswell, but that isn't the problem. It is the speed and crossing roads that causes it. The machine only knows the roads, it doesn't like fields. So it chooses the nearest road everytime.But then came multiple road crossings.... MUWHAHAHAHAHA it flipped :D

i had my laptop with the Streets & Trips 2006 with GPS and it said the speed elevation where we were flying bearing it was awesome and it also logged and tracked the entire flight from the gate turning to the landing gate turning :)

Je kunt instellen in tomtom dat je de km per uur kunt zien: is boeiend! Ik ben vorige week ook met tomtom gevlogen van eindhoven naar antalya, turkije met een Boeing 737 van Corendon. Een halfuur voor ons was ook een boeing vertrokken van Sky Airlines. Het leek wel of onze piloot een spelletje speelde met dat andere vliegtuig want hij vloog continu met een snelheid van 1100 km/uur. (mega-snel dus) Onderweg zagen we de Sky Ailines langszij komen en uiteindelijk landden wij een kwartier eerder!

Haha, haastige spoed... Ik baal er wel van, bij ons vloog er een vliegtuig langs het raam. Heel mooi gezicht, camera toen net niet bij de hand helaas.
