Hopefully Quarry Falls will set the pattern very much needed in central San Diego...people need to start walking more, too many cars! Plus its an exciting and thrilling project.
Mission Valley is already a mess, so Quarry Falls will just finish it off---at least in a positive way! Leaving the land empty is not really an option, so might as well develop it! I think the plan as it stands is fine... it's a good mix of retail, parks, residential, and public services. As long as improvements to the traffic infrastructures are made (by funds from the project) it makes sense! The Grant's are "doing the right thing" and Sudberry seems genuine... Thank you!
