In Japan, general people don't record gigs so often partly because of the strict restriction and partly because of national characteristics. So there are few people who publicize videos. Japanese people are afraid and feel guilty that copyright laws might be infringed upon if those films whose rights are owned by companies are publicly shown by individuals.
I posted this up because it's short, and I thought it would have less impact on those matters.
