Brilliant Emma. Fantastic tune wonderful lyrics. Nay not lyrics, poetry. The first verse reminded me of Daryl Hanah and Tom Hanks in Splash but after that the song deep sea dived with meaning. Some of it reminded of Fleet Foxes and then I thought Fleet foxes have subscribed to EmmaJoan and are plagarising her stuff! Like a huddled moon lit exile on the shore, warmiing his hands a thousand years ago .:)
I just love this... and agree with the Joan Baez comparison from Vincent. The character and timber of your voice just hits all the comfort receptors. You make me smile again.... Bravo Em
