The reasons we still don't have a Technocratic government is due to lobbyists and corrupt politicians, most who deny things like Global Warming, Overpopulation, and the scientific approach to the problems of the capitalist economic system.

Today, we all know that increasing production will eventually lower prices on the goods and services produced, the reason the corporate owners and manufacturers do not increase production to lower costs is because they would lose profits!

The political system invented the religious system originally in Sumer to control people through contracts (law codes) and elements of special interest groups (democracy) nowadays keeps people snoozing or lolling like sheep.

@XionXXXX I'm writting a book about this, if the real technocracy is to take place it will have to be in a small country like mi country first. then such model will be copied because all of their citizens will have a way of life which is unreachable by the common folk who has to suffer the current sistem.there will be a huge migration from all over the world.people who will want to be part of technocracy since they realize this current corrupted governments dont offer any future to them.

It may have had a science based outlook... with some choices coming from that vantage... but the technocracy technate design we are talking about here is the one that came from the Technical Alliance and then Technocracy Inc. That is a different concept.

As mentioned elsewhere, this is a non political system and jobs are not an issue especially fake green jobs that are mostly meant to continue consuming power in a Price System... which entirely different. Google technocracy and thermodynamics

You need to support new energy source Hellium 3 and all what is related with it. It is a way to resolve 3 main problems. 1)Energy problem 2)Ecology problem 3)Unemployment. And with appearance of the new technocratic goverments it will resolve all other problems.Technocractic goverments start always appear while economical or political crisis.For example in Finland after second world war, it was 7 times on a technocratic basis.

This is only an issue in a Price System. Energy can be gotten from solar very simply now, so there is no energy problem, only the monetization of energy is a problem. Energy accounting takes environment into account as to sustainability of the resource base within thermodynamic limit as to population. Finland did not and never had a true technocratic government. That concept is a non political non Price system administration. Unemployment in a technate? Labor theory of value is not used.

@darris321 - What machinery? People still have jobs and duties in a technate. Read some of the information from sources on the internet. A twenty year work period is still part of the original design. That period would be very unlike what a so called job is today.

Full consuming rights before and after that period also. There is no connection to 'work' and being a consumer in a technate. Consuming is a right of citizenship... not a wage slave thing.

I've been trying to wake people up about this idea but not even my immediate family want to hear about it, some reasonable people have even told me they are scared because they think that even if some of us try to unite and put this in practice as an example to humanity, the current establishment will try to first ridiculize us then villify us and then destroy us, like they do with every country that doesn't follow their rules, but still I think is worth the try, I'm not afraid! Most likely what they're gonna do is patch the capitalist system once again and continue with the debt-based fiat money. Way too much power is held by the proponents of current system. The main disadvantage of technocracy is that it's extremely unknown and obscure to the general population. People's minds are wired to think in terms of money and it would be very hard and unusual for most of them to start thinking in terms of energy units, it requires a paradigm shift to understand the technocracy. Thus most of the people exposed to the idea think it's way too utopian and "out there". Just like Ron Paul didn't become the president. People are very inert and narrow minded.
