What's there to theorize? They devs said the music was written using japanese character sounds so that it would sound japanese but not really be japanese as it is just gibberish made to sound look a song so that it wouldn't alienate the international audience.

I have the suspection that everything the locos sing is a mixture gibberish between japanese, chinese, english, french, spanish, italian, russian, german and maybe kisuaheli... each language and song of the different colored locos has another degree of those languages in it ... that's my linguistic theory so far xD

@ Bouttu12 - English Subs? Uhh... Sorry to say, but all this gibberish doesn't mean anything. There is no translation into any language. Game Developers created this song to be spoken the same way in all countries. That gets rid of the problem of translating into each language. Hope that answers your question.
