When i apply lens blur to my photos taken with a canon 40D, after pressing the ok button i have to wait about 30 seconds before the filter to take place. I use a quad core pc with 4gb of ram and 1gb Ati videocard. I didn't notice any of this on your vid. Is your Mac so powerful or you are using low res photos, just for demonstration purpose?

excellent job... but for this u require time and skill better way u can try Picasso dg photo album software with more then 1000 ready template u only need to drag and drop ur photo more info DgPhotoAlbum(dot)com
