There are clearly 3- 45 plates on there when he is squatting- Look at the size difference between 1:31 with 2 plates lunging and 4:48 where there are clearly 3 plates, a 25, and a 10. I know this guy personally from wrestling and been following him for a while now- he is an absolute beast.
i may have been wrong about the squats. The angle is crappy so i cant be certain. i could believe that he can do the weight sense he was doing the same weight on the dead lift.

@thevoid1231 nice to hear that :-) but remember, dont push yourself too hard... u need to research about many things that are dangerous... like overtraining(recorvery), rotator cuff injury, knee injury, lowerback injury, what food u need to eat to progress, how much u have to sleep/rest and so on...
MP45, you are the real deal. I was always made fun of because I was that skinny kid. I was weak. I was embarrassed with my body. I was hopeless. I tried every kind of program. I came across MP45 from a friend and everything changed. I gained pure strength and muscle. I was one of the strongest kids in my school, not to mention ripped to the core! If you are skinny and trying to get jacked, this program is it. If you are overweight, this will get you shredded. I really can't thank you guys enough

I'm a scholar athlete, I play 4 sports a year and have honors/ap classes. Staying in shape and having practice everyday is the most challenging thing I do, you should come work out with me sometime and see if you can keep. Or better yet keep it up for a year.

i agree studying is hell of a lot more difficult. In sport you can train for a week and next week you will typically see some results that you actually feel. Somehow academic results like getting an A in a class is just not as rewarding, in the short term. long term it will pay off but it can be hard to stay motivated for thelongterm doing things you dont like

exactly! i dont know how you do it in your conutry, but in croatia we have 15 defferent subjects. lets take swimming for ex.: if you swim every day for 1.5 km next week you can go for 1.75km and you wont lose anything if you dont swin for a day or 2. if you dont study for a day or 2 your grades can go from A to F in no time....

We have gone 2-8 every single year since i can remember. i am a sophomore in high school right now. With only 2 juniors moving up to seniors next year, we are going to be 100% jr. lead team with many sophomores on varsity. @ItsIncho yeah, i had to buy it with my own money, i didnt let the lunch at school that the crap they serve us, and every school is required atleast a salad, and if you read you dont need protein so i just got salads everday for school and some borden strawberry yogurt and a water. plus fruit and meat at home just stay away from sodas and drink water, trust me dude i mean it took me a little more than 45 days but its all worth it, just remember these words "Dont quit"

@TheCashhomie yeah i'm talking about the MP45. I didn't play football in my 9th grade year(this year)all because I was scared, shy, and didn't care. All I did last summer was sit and play video games, didn't gain any muscle. This summer is gonna be totally different. @MattyMattyTooGood You know just because he might not look as fit as everyone else doesn't mean he isn't. Some people have slow metabolism, and maybe this guy does and he might also not specifically work on certain parts of his body like his abs or shoulders...
In 45 days I will have my second spine fusion. 60 days after that I will be getting back into the gym full time. I will get big. In August I will get back into college and finish my degree. I will be doing all these goals from my wheel chair.
people think they need to spend all this money going to a gym... sure a gym helps but most of the healthiest exercises are push ups, pull ups, and stuff u dont need a gym for.
@footballkiller33 Those bodyweight exercises are certainly great exercises but you are really limited by what you can do. You don't really see many jacked guys who've only done bodyweight exercises. If you belong to a gym and do a workout program like MP45, you'll get jacked pretty quick. It's all about increasing natural testosterone and proper diet and this program does just that. I'm a big fan but I'm sure there are also other programs out there. I think going to the gym is key over anything.
sorry mate but i gotta disagree with you on that one.. i dont have 1 hour in the gym... been doing sit ups, chin ups, push ups and all the other stuff with my body weight and so called bar exercises... even just lifting up furniture in my house and i am pretty jacked up.. even more than my best friend going to gym 4x a week.. OK he has bigger biceps and shoulders than me but thats about it.. i am quite fit ;)
@ml210993 yea, it does, no doubt but its like supplements you dont need it but it helps to have. i just ended my gym membership because i found it cheaper to just buy a bench and weights. i dont have all the fancy machines but i think that this is the best way... for me anyway. other people might not have the room or they may need to do more complex workouts.

@scubadope yeah I can't stop laughing sometimes when I think about it. I eat steak and french fries almost every day and I lost around 32 pounds in the past 2 years. Just dropped the sodas, chips and chocolate from my life. Now my plan is to get 6pack abs until July and it's going pretty well. From an almost obese kid to 6pack in 2,5 years.

technically, he was doing 295 on the squat and for 2 reps. really not ground breaking but still very impressive considering the rest of his workout.

@TheBuckeyefan12 Are you talking about MP45? Of course it would. I was just like you, super skinny and didn't have an ounce of muscle on me. I did the MP45 program and I honestly never looked more jacked up. I would def recommend it.

@TheCashhomie yeah i'm talking about the MP45. I didn't play football in my 9th grade year(this year)all because I was scared, shy, and didn't care. All I did last summer was sit and play video games, didn't gain any muscle. This summer is gonna be totally different. I have already set some goals, trying to bench 150 by summer time, get in shape, ect. But i'm gonna need this MP45...everybody makes it like its the best thing there is
And whenever I get the 47 $ I will do this lmao.

people think they need to spend all this money going to a gym... sure a gym helps but most of the healthiest exercises are push ups, pull ups, and stuff u dont need a gym for.

@footballkiller33 Those bodyweight exercises are certainly great exercises but you are really limited by what you can do. You don't really see many jacked guys who've only done bodyweight exercises. If you belong to a gym and do a workout program like MP45, you'll get jacked pretty quick. It's all about increasing natural testosterone and proper diet and this program does just that. I'm a big fan but I'm sure there are also other programs out there. I think going to the gym is key over anything.

sorry mate but i gotta disagree with you on that one.. i dont have 1 hour in the gym... been doing sit ups, chin ups, push ups and all the other stuff with my body weight and so called bar exercises... even just lifting up furniture in my house and i am pretty jacked up.. even more than my best friend going to gym 4x a week.. OK he has bigger biceps and shoulders than me but thats about it.. i am quite fit ;)

@ml210993 yea, it does, no doubt but its like supplements you dont need it but it helps to have. i just ended my gym membership because i found it cheaper to just buy a bench and weights. i dont have all the fancy machines but i think that this is the best way... for me anyway. other people might not have the room or they may need to do more complex workouts.

@footballkiller33 yea of course. And when i said gym i didnt mean fancy machines i ment bench, weights etc.. dumbells. i like to keep it simple. even tho for me combinations work the best.. i train karate, so i have karate practices, gym, i run and i do stuff at home(push ups etc etc etc)

@scubadope yeah I can't stop laughing sometimes when I think about it. I eat steak and french fries almost every day and I lost around 32 pounds in the past 2 years. Just dropped the sodas, chips and chocolate from my life. Now my plan is to get 6pack abs until July and it's going pretty well. From an almost obese kid to 6pack in 2,5 years.
