Apple cider vinegar is awful and harsh for the face! Why are all these self professed gurus suggesting to apply ACID to ur face- I tried this and almost got burned- I was very lucky I took a shower and applied good moisturizer with vit e and other soothing ingredients and so didn't get acid burned! I suggest think twice before assuming its ok for everyone to use the same treatment and have the same assumed results!
does this help with moles cause i heard that u soak a banaid with this stuff and leave it on your skin for 24 hours and u do this every two days can u tell me if u can because my cousin has on on her face and shes really selfconcious about her face
I will say from personal experience that the vinegar DOES help with sunburn... I made the mistake of rafting down the Chattahoochee river and forgot to bring the sunscreen... White distilled vinegar in a spray bottle and misted over my skin helped soothe the burn and prevent itching associated with extremely dry/damaged skin. On the fire ants.... Welcome to the South! HAHAHA... everything is poisonous and bites down here! hahaha!

you don't need three cotton balls to put the ACV onto your face. It isn't bacteria that spreads the acne or pimples.....it's crappy diet. Has nothing to do with bacteria...

vinegar is an acid, the thought of putting it on a sunburn sounds PAINFUL. however many of the points you make from its benefits seem reasonable. not sure about the sunburn or burns in general but i use distilled vinegar to shampoo my carpets with and it does an awesome job of stain removal. so i spose it would do a great job of cleaning skin too. and considering vinegar is antibacterial i may try this.

It also works really well on warts! I had a plantar's wart on the side of right big toe for about a year and I couldn't get rid of it with any over-the-counter wart removal products. I even tried freezing it off, but that did absolutely nothing. I finally found out about apple cider vinegar, so I tried it out. You sound only use Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. It cured my heart burn and high blood pressure within a week; but non organic brands did not work nearly as well.

i use a recipe i got from bubzbeauty (youtube channel) that requires apple cider vinegar, green tea, sugar and honey. she even includes a toner that has apple cider vinegar, green tea and lemon. it works and it helps with scarring.
My dad always swears by apple cider vinegar for curing a cold. To cut down on the strong flavor, add the vinegar to hot water and then some honey. It makes a drink kind of like having hot tea, which can also be soothing to a sore throat :)

It also works really well on warts! I had a plantar's wart on the side of right big toe for about a year and I couldn't get rid of it with any over-the-counter wart removal products. I even tried freezing it off, but that did absolutely nothing. I finally found out about apple cider vinegar, so I tried it out. I soaked one side of a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar, put it on top of the wart, and then secured it in place with a big band-aid. I did this for a week and my wart is now gone!

Raw organic unfiltered ACV with the "Mother" in it is the best. Bragg's is a great brand. The part owner and creater of the Body Deli (all organic and natural store in Palm Springs,Ca. for the face and body) told my daughter (13) to shake the bottle of AVC and apply to face with a cotton ball after washing the face and using a baking soda scrub (baking soda will help close large pores). The difference in just one week was amazing. She's been using it ever since.

well its a bit more wide-ish than in height..but STILL! I always hated it..but will not consider surgery-ever! People that do that usually NEVER ever look like themselves, and its scary.,such noses contribute to "personality"..hehe! Keep 'em! Just look at the actor Adrian Brody .. wow! He's got the biggest!! YET, it doesn't hinder his work. *personally I think that he could use a little bit off* since the rest of his face is so thin and almost feminish. Just my opinion.

apple cidar vinegar really dont taste that bad...kinda like ketchup:) Ive been puttin it on my face every night for the past couple weeks and taking nightly shots of it and it seems to really be helping with breakouts! one word of advice...if you use it on your face during the day make sure your not going anywhere for a really long time cuz your face WILL smell like a foot!!

Hmmm i wonder if u can drink it in orange juice as well i use to add cayenne pepper to water and drink it once a day then i found out its even more affective if u drink it in orange juice so im wondering if the same can be said for apple cider vinegar. Btw if you haven't heard about the health benefits of cayenne pepper you should look it up some time its awesome it got rid of my ulcers hella fast now i drink a glass of it everyday for its other benefits.

You sound only use Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. It cured my heart burn and high blood pressure within a week; but non organic brands did not work nearly as well.

I have used it for years..It's great, smells funny so i only use it at night. btw when i was working for Starbucks (3 years) My acne got terrible. I noticed my co-workers had bad acne too.. i use a recipe i got from bubzbeauty (youtube channel) that requires apple cider vinegar, green tea, sugar and honey. she even includes a toner that has apple cider vinegar, green tea and lemon. it works and it helps with scarring.

My dad always swears by apple cider vinegar for curing a cold. To cut down on the strong flavor, add the vinegar to hot water and then some honey. It makes a drink kind of like having hot tea, which can also be soothing to a sore throat :)

Hi !! Thank you SOOO MUCH for the website you provided! I just started drinking apple cider vinegar because my neighbor had planter fasitis and bone/heel spurs (which are calcium build ups on your heels) and they are VERY PAINFUL and she drank it and within 2 weeks it went away. Now....I have the same problem and so now I'm drinking it so that I Will Not have to have my Aug. 26th, 2010 surgery. I hope my Bragg ACV will help like it did neighbor.

Someone I know got rid of her arthritis completely within a year. She drinks a cup of warm water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey. One morning and one at night. She said it tastes nice. As app cid vin and honey are good for the skin too, I think it might be worth a try.
