Republicans are the opposite of transparency & openness and that's OK, but an improvement isn't OK. So the "liberal view" is to point out that "death panels" & "government takeover" are lies. It's only so long because it's a right-wing bill that uses insurance corporations that do deserve death. Google "Single-Payer Health Insurance" "adverse selection" to see what should be done.
