@samwightman1 I think this video is a little bit hard to listen or to see, but that is only because we can relate to some of those things. Sin acts this way in our lives and we need to know what we are up against. Not only that but sometimes we are naive and believe everything is rainbow colored; and think that because God will forgive us any thing we do, our sins dont have a real effect in our lives when really every time we sin our holiness and that of the people around us is threatened.

well, if god doesn't like it, let god prove himself to me in a way that it knows I will believe,because if it is an all knowing being, it would know that I don't believe in something simply because I'm told to. @XuliusCaesar God shows himself in many ways. Sometimes he slowly changes someone's mind in order to shift their faith. A seed can be planted and you not even know it. This conversation you had a year ago with Markjbl32, could very well be your seed. For all I know you're now a christian, or it had no effect. This message could also be your seed, causing you to think back to, and possibly look back over, this conversation. Constantly remembering something can change someone.

If it makes you happy, then I'm happy for you, but I can't even pretend like I believe any of that stuff. @XuliusCaesar God shows himself in many ways. Sometimes he slowly changes someone's mind in order to shift their faith. A seed can be planted and you not even know it. This conversation you had a year ago with Markjbl32, could very well be your seed. For all I know you're now a christian, or it had no effect. This message could also be your seed, causing you to think back to, and possibly look back over, this conversation. Constantly remembering something can change someone.

I'm just thinking about people who might come across this, feel very convicted, but then not know how to deal, leaving them feeling a bit hopeless. @Markjbl32 Its a nice story and it makes a lot of people happy, but I just don't buy any of it. Belief in invisible men in the sky and virgin births just goes against the grain IMO. If it makes you happy, then I'm happy for you, but I can't even pretend like I believe any of that stuff. Faith isn't something I have or really want, but like I said, if it makes you happy, I can't take it from you, nor would I want to. Faith is a personal thing, and personally , I have none.

There's no such thing as sin. There are only morals that are being followed or broken. Good & evil are point of view, and so people should decide for themselves what defines being 'evil', instead of listening to dogma and the truth of other people. Your very nature is what you should listen to, instead of thinking that every idea of hunger, lust, greed etc. is evil. They're only natural and should be understood instead of buried away in one's psyche.
Just open your eyes and step into the world.

If you rape a woman, you're supposed to have enough empathy for yourself to know that you cause her suffering. I'm not saying that you just have to indulge in your every desire, but that you at least have to acknowledge you have them and NOT FEEL GUILTY about them, but try to understand them and, if they're harmful, find help.

Wow. That's intense. It's true though, what each "sin" said. It's hard to get rid of the temptation, you don't have to look for it- it finds you, you don't think people can forgive you for it, it gets to everyone not just one type of people, and it's your biggest weakness.

This video is talking about carnality and our flesh. It's talking about our nature. It's talking about the essence of who we are. We are sin. That's why we have to fight it so hard.

The way to be free at last and free indeed is to ask Jesus into your heart and life. Ask Him to help you with your sin. Tell God you're sorry for your sin and from now on, you'd like to live for and through His Son Jesus Christ. Your life will never be the same--living for Jesus is the most exciting thing that ever happened to me. Buckle in for a wild ride! :-)
