I used to live in sudan for many years. I guarantee that what is displayed in this cad model will NEVER come to fruition. Arabs are laundering money in sudan and this is one of the projects which they are behind (most don't know this). Do you expect a city complex more elaborate than the City of London (CBD) or Times Square in New York, to be built in an impoverished, war ravaged African country, by a backwards society, where most people have no food, and corruption is a means of survival?
