WOW...been watching the current trial 05/11/06/11, and these depostions from Cindy George and Lee are totally outragous. I have to agree that Zaneida Fernandez-Gonzalez attorney's questioning goes beyond the scope of her civil trial and infringes on the criminal trial that was pending against Casey, at the time of these depositions.
i really feel they were badgering George, even tho i feel he did in fact possibly help his daughter bury the baby, I feel this whole investigation was unnecessary, and I
definately would not have answered these questions, they were asking questions related to the criminal case, and it was a fishing expedition...

The difference here is the accused on trial in the murder case isn't the accused in the civil case. OJ was found innocent in the murder trial, but guilty in the civil trial using the same questions and evidence pretty much.
