Skyrim - Fire Storm - Master Destruction Magic Spell

I'm struggling to find the location for the master destruction ritual quest, I've searched for a while but never found it. Can anyone help me with this?

@TurtlePoof You have to get Master level skill in which ever magic school you want then talk to the proper person at the College of Winterhold to start a ritual quest. After you finish the quest they'll have master scrolls for sale.

is 508 the base cost or do you have clothes on that lower the cost if so what it the true cost?

This message shows up fi you don't have a large enough magicka pool, i think this spell needs something like 500 or more mana to be cast... To cast it you need to spent some more points into Magicka or, enchant items with Fortify Destruction, wich is an enchantment that reduces the mana cost from destruction spells

You get this spell by doing "Destruction ritual spell" quest on College of Winterhold from Faralda (quest giver and master destruction teacher), this quest becomes avaliable once you reach lvl 100 in Destruction

Hello, sory can you help me? I finished the quest and i have the firestorm spell, but my game is write "You dont have enought magicka"--- but why? My magicka level is.: 370/370... Or need more ? Please help me! Thanx

With a maxed out Enchanting skill and proper perks selected you can reduce the cost of this spell down to 50 magicka if you Fortify Destruction on every bit of armor, this also reduces lightning storm down for 4 magicka a second, and Blizzard to 39 magicka a second
