sherk did an awesome job, hermes invited him to the ground and sherk did it, he sustained hermes where hermes felt most comfortable, hey sherk has a family to support im sure he cares less whether you people thought it was exciting or niot....hes smart!

only because Sherk is a feaky muscle bound loser, who layed on him the whole time...his techniques were crap, but his strength was fanaminal...if sherk was not such a muscle bound man, he wouldnt make it at all in UFC, Franca just had a bad match, I say kick Sherk out, and give Franca another round.

Sherk just laid on him and out muscled him. Not on the same lever as Franca when it came to stand up. Franca can keep his head up it not his fault Sherk layed on him ass all thru out the fight.
lets be real, Sherk did not want to stand up with this guy and laid on top of him for 25 minutes. He had full mount and didnt end it. He had countless side controls and went for an arm lock once or twice. Sherk is a beast and won s clear dicision but he needs to realize real champs dont play it safe they end fights. they both did an awesome job.
i aggree with that. i mean, whats gonna happen when ever he cant hold someone down? he's gonna get his ass kicked. hopefully he will become more well rounded as the sport evolves

Nandolone is a steroid that in normal people is around 2ng/ml and up to 6ng/ml in elite athletes.
Sherk had 12ng/ml , that's twice the concentration studies show to be in the urine of ELITE athletes.
The doctor on the "BEATDOWN" said there is no way an athlete can train or use a supplement that metabolizes into nandrolone in the body in that
high a reading without using the steroid.
That is why sherk will be stripped of his title.
