i Think that KG, Paul Pierce, and Ray are the best 3 players to ever play together. Being a analyst of the game myself, I think the Heat was a large mistake. Its on thing to put Bird, (whos cocky but knows his place), MJ, and DR. J together, because of the need to win a game together instead of trying to get to recive the MVP or get the best stats. Lebron will never be compared to Jordan because he doesn't have his competitive nature. Jordan made sure his team won. Jordan was an asshole on and off the court. Lebron's too good of a guy to be the best player ever. Kobe's right now is the player closest player to having Jordan's mentality. Kobe plays like jordan, is smart like Jordan, and has his take no prisoners attitude. That's why Jordan and Kobe could both lead their teams so many championships, but Lebron couldn't do it in Cleveland.

Lebron was precieved as a leader and he has the power and finesse of a leader, but he doesn't have the mentality of a leader. He would have much rather played a pippen role, but because he ended up on such a crappy team he could never truly achieve his true potential which would probably be averaging a triple double with 60% from the floor.
