  • Youtube.. where every reggae artist is named Bob Marley

  • @baalamitra well you just posted it twice

  • where's the comment saying "240p, we meet again?"

  • dont hate on marley. hes fucking badass

  • @jap0119 i dont like his singing i think he sucks nothing against him just his singing i not a fan but he good at this song

  • nash?

  • BOB MARLEY MADE REGGAE, THATS WHY PEOPLE ARE CONFUSED IF ITS BOB MARLEY OR NOT.

  • @Cookie8888100 LMAO . Bob contributed to make reggae popular, many other artists performed reggae before him.

  • cool runnings fkn classsssssssss

  • @Satrquasis Haahahahahahah

  • @Satrquasis dude, do you think the meaning is literal? Meaning the song is actualy about weather/rain/clouds/ etc? If you do believe that youre beyond retarded.

  • @allstar00442288 omg. the comment was related to the info sayin "song about weather:D"... it wasnt about the song itself.

  • @Satrquasis ohh sorry bro lol. it wasnt in a reply to anyone so i just thought u were saying it to everyone. My bad dude

  • bad song here suckas!!!

  • ugh, i wanna slap you for putting Bob Marleys name on here. dumbass!

  • This is not Bob Marley in any way, shape, or form. You should change the title, please:-)

  • Jimmy Cliff sing this not Bob Marley......

  • this ISNT BOB MARLEY .. dumbass

  • I thought it was Johnny Nash? But he does sing lighter than this normally. Its definitely not Bob

  • this is jimmy cliff voice..lol

  • 52 people can't see clearly because they have their heads up their ass*s

  • That`s not Bob................

  • hey who gives a shit just listen to the fuckin song dumbasses

  • @Satrquasis you have to be 7 to not understand, the deeper meaning of this song.. don't judge things you'll never understand dumbass..

  • @CombatLighteningTV It's hilarious and ironic that you're telling anyone to not judge things they'll never understand when you absolutely didn't understand the comment @Satrquasis left. I think you thoroughly proved that you're the true dumbass.

  • so many youtube users thinking to deeply about the meaning of the song instead of just enjoying the music. . . .

  • How can this be by Bob Marley? I don't think he ever saw clearly...

    =P

  • @Satrquasis _|_

  • @Satrquasis are u stupid? its about all the problems in life not just abt the damn weather

  • @Ace2358 are you stupid? that sentence was referring to the info, not the song. what are you, 3?

  • BOB ATE OS TEMPOS DE HJ ARREBEMTA TUDO QUANDO TOCO NS FESTAS

  • @ergo2005wc yeah buddy, its obviously my mistake :) spaces between things come in handy sometimes though :)

  • @Satrquasis Its a song about your soul.....when problems goes away...SMILE wins!!!

  • @MsIoBu wow, genious(!).

  • @ergo2005wc You are seriously a dumb piece of shit. Not only did you make a Bob Marley "I can see clearly now" video when Bob Marley has nothing to do with this song but you also ignorantly made a Bob Marley "Smoke Two Joints" video then changed it to Jimmy Cliff when both of those artists have nothing to do with that song. Why do stupid little kids like you upload songs when you have no idea who even recorded them?

  • Glaucoma treatment with medicinal marijuana much?

  • @Hanselides me fucking you mom in the ass much?

  • Glaucoma treatment with medicinal marijuana much?

  • It going to be Bright and sunny day for you, Ama!

  • damn why does every body think 'oh ragae+jamaican accent= bob marley' he never ever used beats like this

  • ergo2005 isn't it more about life and one person's perspective on theirs than about the weather?

  • essa é de mais adoro essa ai kkkkkkkkkk

  • Just what I needed.

  • Such a cozy song!

  • This sounds an awful lot like the Jimmy Cliff version as well as the Johnny Nash one. I wont pretend that Im smart enough to know the difference. But you can tell that it sounds absolutely nothing like Bob Marley.

  • Not bad

  • Johnny Nash it is... not Bob MArley.

  • There's only one singer for this song and that is Johnny Nash. :-) I might sing it, as others have, on karaoke... and as others have attempted to sing professionally... but there is only one singer for this song and you're hearing him. No matter how many times I hear this song, it is always as uplifting and amazing! Bob Marley, who?

  • Song about the weather daculy

  • Haha love how it says in the info ^^ above..... Song about the weather......! lol One of Jimmy Cliffs finest thanks

  • Bob Marley was a Reggae god, no doubt about it, But This, this is NOT Bob Marley.

  • Isn't this Jimmy Cliff? Bob wrote this song but he did not sing it... Johnny Nash and Jimmy Cliff sung their versions... only an ass would think this is bob.

  • @ThePrezerver Only an ass would think Bob Marley wrote this song or has anything to do with it.

  • @DonStirFrye I think you need to read the songs of freedom book and the credits of the song. Bob allowed Nash to sing it because it had great potential and Bob was just an emerging artist. Rita Marley also spoke of this on a Marley DVD. The wailers were even the band behind the original recording. Bob never sung the song but he was the writer. Nash also sung Bob's song "Stir it Up". Know what you say before you say it.. only an ass would talk out of his ass.

  • @ThePrezerver You're absolutely wrong and you have no idea what you're talking talking about. Bob Marley actually wrote 4 different songs on Johnny Nash's "I Can See Clearly Now" album but he has NOTHING to do with writing the actual song "I Can See Clearly Now" and that's a fact. The credits of the song has Johnny Nash as the sole writer so why would you tell me to check them out when you haven't yourself? Know what you say before you say it...only an ass would talk out of his ass.

  • @DonStirFrye Well Rita Marley had said that Bob wrote the song, I believe it was in the Live at the Rainbow DVD... I don't think she needed to bolster bob's name or give him any more status than he has right now. Also giving credit to Bob where it is not deserved would degrade him, don't you think?

  • @ThePrezerver No she didn't and it's sad that you can't admit that you're wrong. Johnny Nash wrote "I can see clearly now" and that's not debatable. Know what you say before you say it...only an ass would talk out of his ass.

  • i can see clearly now theres gonna be no more snow jamaica mon.

  • great message through this song.! was going through rough times recently & heard this song & definitely saw the light at the end of the tunnel...thank God, Almighty!...

  • like if your not gay

  • Johny Nash

  • Has nothing to do with Marley

  • just because a song is reggae doesnt make it bob marley by default, damn man

  • @sunnyztmoney the lyrics was written by Bob Marley...-.-''

  • @Mikacc123 ""I Can See Clearly Now" is a Billboard Hot 100 Chart #1 hit song, written and recorded by Johnny Nash. It is a common misconception that the song was written and/or previously performed by Bob Marley, possibly based on the fact that The Wailers were the backing band on Nash's original recording."

  • @sunnyztmoney

    kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

    nice done man!

  • not bob marley

  • love itt

  • the song is ok. its Jimmy for sure i could not get the voice of the Bob Marley. Or is it just me ?

  • the song is ok. its Jimmy for sure i could not get the voice of the Bob Marley.

  • It's a great song but not from Nesta

  • bob marley yu batty! yu nu know gregory issac when yu hear him......just kidding its....micheal jackson believe i helped him the sun that inspired him to write this song. its me same one yes you know me i'm jeeeeesus!

  • RIP Bob Marley!! What a legend!

  • @wcslater If you hold Bob Marley is such high regard as a "legend" then why can't you even recognize the man's voice or songs? Silly little kids.

  • Bob Marley and Jimmy CliFF are the big caricatures of the music I think that no person can make better I say respect

  • NO ES BOB MARLEY STUPID !!

  • abay azu huh.............

  • Thanks ergo2005wc,

    I like this song!

  • This is Jimmy Cliff not Bob Marley....bob isn't featured on the song or anything

  • how cyann you say it's from bob marley ? That ain't reggae music at all

  • @Raphael64K As a Jamaican I can Tell you that this IS reggae. The song was originally written and performed by JIMMY CLIFF. This version is not Jimmy singing.

It is quite good though. Cant fault it in any way.

  • @buffitup1 You really have no idea what you're talking about. This IS Jimmy Cliff's cover of a song written and originally recorded by Johnny Nash. Why do you leave comments on things you are clearly ignorant of?

  • super pjesma

  • @malani20 .. that's an amazing confirmation :) be blessed

  • this song is not about the weather at all, its about looking for the positive in life and about caring for the future not the past in hope for better times, originaly made by johnny nash...

  • To set the record straight ..Johnny Nash wrote & recorded the original version in 1972, but this is Jimmy Cliffs version from the cool runnings movie in 1993 Bob Marley never ever performed or recorded this song ! Bob did however work with Johnny Nash in 70-71 when they wrote some songs together .Johnny Nash had a hit with a version of Bob's "Stir it Up" and the wailers back Nash on that song, The wailers however are not on the I can see clearly song either Nash's or Cliffs version !! one love

  • This was the song they played at my uncle/friend's funeral .

  • @alwaysjens we played it at my mom's funeral too

  • whos the girl singing?..

  • @djbugski She's the back up singer for Jimmy Cliff

  • I'd forgotten how uplifting this song is ~ I love the peace of mind it brings and the smile on my face!

  • there is a very distinct difference between bob and jimmy --looks and sound, i love them both--they are both very popular, so i will never understand how anyone could confuse one with the other.

  • If this is Bob Marley then I am Jesus.

  • @JorgeDX3 lmao

  • "I Can See Clearly Now" is a song written and recorded by Johnny Nash. It was a single from the album of the same name and achieved success in the United States and the United Kingdom when it was released in 1972. It was covered by many artists throughout the years, including a 1993 hit version by Jimmy Cliff.

  • I think this song should be played every morning by the radio station, notwithstanding the weather. It"s a very good song with an inspiring lyrics.

  • Great song. wrote by Bob and Nash when touring Europe on 1970s, but Nash got full credit because he recorded the song and produced the Album. Bob was his main songs writer. Also Bob wrote stir it up for Nash.

  • efhshjydtyhjghjghjghj

  • i loved the orginial more than this one but i like this one due to it having a brighter or more of a happier mood to it due to that beat

  • i really Luv Reggae Music =)

cool beat song and sofly rock =)

  • All I can say is, everything about the song is so coordinated, the music, the emote of voice and lyrics. This rendition right here. Having fireworks coordinated so well also, was awesome to see.

  • Although, isn't this Nash? Lyrics?

  • One of the best few moments of my life, having some time to hit Art Museum, Phila 4th July fireworks, years and years ago, set to this song. It was one of the most emotive, perfectly coordinated displays I ever saw in my life. Stevie Wonder played live too, since I had never had opportunity to see a "concert" before this time...I remember it so vividly. Great time, warm, people on the statues and just wonderful.

  • R.I.P Bob marley

  • RASTA ROCKET ♥

  • Bob Marley wrote this song for Johnny Nash. The Wailers"they were called then"

are singing back-up on the original cut.

  • thats why its good then....

  • Bob Marley Wrote this song for Jimmy Cliff.

He used to be a song writer before he started singing professionally.

  • didnt johnny nash write this song?

  • did he write it for Johnny Nash?? Or did Nash write it, he didn't write it for Cliff. The song was a single back in 72. Cliff didnt cover it until the 93.

  • thats not a song about weather and not even from bob marley what the hell is the matter with you

  • Typing school time for dis one

  • Actually, after some Ganja you can see for miles, but that's the Who's territory.

  • Nov. 16, 1992 I just left my dr.'s office. She told me the cancer I had been fighting for the past year was gone and I didn't have to have treatment anymore. I turned on my car and this song started to play. LISTEN to the words! It has been a reminder to me to be truly thankful for what we have.

  • @malani20

That put a smile on my face. I'm glad you have beaten cancer. I applaud your victory and thank you for reminding us what's important.

  • @malani20

Honestly .. I got goosebumps from reading that ..
