Heh, at least we Topekans don't get hit by hurricanes almost yearly. Topeka hasn't gotten hit by a tornado in over 20 years! And talk about biased information! That video was shot in WESTERN Kansas. Topeka is in EASTERN Kansas. There are hills! And trees (mostly thanks to the CCC)! So now lets see the footage of you guys getting hit by a hurricane and a video of Duluth in Summer.
