This measure was defeated 48% in favor vs 52% opposed. That was 3 years ago. I wonder if it would pass if there was a vote 2010

I'm confident it would pass in SD in 2010. Beyond that, if a national discussion were opened up (national), then it would definitely pass. The amount of misinformation that those against reform can spread has plummeted... If everyone in the country was watching the discussion, everyone would learn something. That's what's important, undoing the damage of decades of misinformation and lies so that change can take place.
