A long while ago I found it on a sharing program called soulseek... I think if you wana buy it maybe yu can find them in some Yahoo auctions, ou on CDJapan, but I'm not sure...
And yeah, my favrite duo from Seikima-II are Jail and Luke... I have Jail's album with Cats In Boots, and it's awesome!
