the toughest part is soldering the joints, but there's tons of instructions out there and it ain't that bad

Check out the seattlelumin website for awesome products at cheap prices from a great guy based in Seattle (he also makes "plug + play" stuff- already made wire + sells those at good prices- so all you'd need to do is hot glue gun it. he's also a genuinely nice guy)

I wish I had time for more EL-wire projects... super fun!

@IOwnLiam Bootcamp? You can run windows legitly with a macbook/imac/mac pro etc.

BootCamp is like Dual Booting with a PC. Meaning you can run iOS or Windows. You just need an original Windows installation disc. Or.. well.. you can burn windows on a CD. But that's just another option.

Oh and besides Boot Camp, you can also use some software just like virtual pc.

@strobe118 not complicated, I did it with my brother scooter helmet, go on sparkfun.com and search for EL wire or electroluminescent wire... you will find wire, tape and big tape. everything is well explained and it's easy.
