  • Dear All,

I have some questions about psychology:

    (1) What can you "imagine" when listening to this song on a concorde at 38000 feets high?

    (2) What memory does this song recall you when listening in the air with amber sunshine?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstorm!!! :)

  • Without a classical background one goes nowhere.

  • Paul Mauriat will be missed

  • evviva un musica paradisiaca bellissima ciao Anna

  • Twins to the Greensleeves.....

  • ●しみじみと しました!!

  • ...just can't remember how many times I have listened to this piece...

  • you must like Lucy Butler very much.

  • Brilliant music, can't get enough of this.

  • しみじみさせられますね。。。。

    すばらしいです

  • 何となくしみじみと感じられる曲です。素晴らしい

  • i love this song !!!

  • musicas eternas, para qualquer amor.

  • Mauriat, MAESTRO!!!

    May You Rest In Peace.

  • May he rest in peace.

  • can't they just play the song as it was recorded? why do 'artists' always have to fuck it up in live performances?

  • Yeah, it was great until about halfway through. It's as if Mauret was thinking "And now, something completely different."

I hate it when they do that!

  • This is a medley, thats why the second half had completely different song.

  • @jcpiano What is the name of the second song, please?

  • @johnyboy6405 "El Bimbo"

  • definitely a great piece of music (L'amour est Bleu). I associate it more with Vicky Leandros sang it at the 67 Eurovison. Much before my time though!! However, she sings it so passionately, it's lovely

  • This is one of the best instrumentals ever recorded. I'm so glad someone has finally posted a vid. with only "Love Is Blue (L'Amour Est Bleu)". Of course I will always associate this tune with figure skater and now TV commentator, Peggy Fleming, even though Peggy never skated to it -- but because this was a #1 song in 1968 (in the U.S.) while Peggy was winning the Olympic Gold medal in Grenoble, France.
