  • Karl Rove is a criminal. Look up the "Project for a new American Century" and see that 9/11 was in the works as a "new pearl harbor". Give up already- go read a book or find some other source of useful education. The "All you Democrats are criminals anyway" bullshit doesn't fly anymore. Good luck

  • Wow, in Sri Lanka we get third party election monitoring.

  • So we are all enlightened and nothing will happen. It will continue and we will all get caught up in our daily lives and forget all about it. Then we will all wake up and realise that something should be done. It will continue and we will all get cought up in our daily lives......

  • I was thinking exactly what he said: You would expect this from a country that is known for having a corrupt government like Zimbabwe, or Russia which was the most corrupt country in the world at the time the Republican Party were doing such disgraceful things... despicable!!

  • Through the machinations of Rove, "The Mastermind", we now have the American version of a politcal prisoner. Without the overwhelming numbers of the youth vote that Obama now inspires, Rove's voter supression plans for this November will surely deliver the presidency to the repuglicans. If our constitutional form of government is to survive, that party must be destroyed.

  • FREEDOM!!!! Don is being released on bond to testify on Thursday March 28 2008. Let it go into the history books!

  • Probably there is something that could be done with verifying or sending an email receipt. We got the technology. Votes could be cast and then at the same time receipts sent to several verifying posts including the with a verification code sent to the person's personal email. This way everyone could be involved in verification of their personal vote if they chose, and could not be buggered by Repulican cheatin' cheaters.

  • Baldwins. I didn't know they had a county. They are all bad actors, except for Adam who is cool. For the record Ronaldt Regenheitmann was a terrible actor even for a B movie leading man. Yada yada Ronaldt Reganmann Yada yada.

  • Criminals and thugs now exclusively run the executive and judiciary. There will be no justice.

  • FREE DON SIEGELMAN!

I had the chance to talk to him breifly in 1999 before he started his second campaign for Governor. He is a wonderful man who would never do anything illegal. Someone should go to jail and its not Don.

I feel bad for his family. He has a wife and 2 kids who now have to stand by and watch this whole thing unfold without being able to do anything.

My wishes go out to you Siegelman family. I hope that you are soon reunited.

  • We now have political prisoners in Amerika.

  • Please contact 60 minutes.. and ask them to keep on this story. On Air America this morning Thom Hartman said 60 Minutes will keep working on the story,as long as we the people let them know we want more. We want Don Siegelman free.

  • sickening. remind me again how we aren't living in a banana republic?

  • I just called my sister Cindy down in Mobile to get her local take on this thing. Her daughter and son-in-law live in Baldwin County. Electronic voting machines are stealing elections in this country. The Helping Americans Vote Act that brought in the electronic voting machines was pushed through the US Congress by Bob Nye the crook from Ohio.

  • Dirty, disgraceful Republicans.
