  • very nice tank how u keep agressian down and how u have tanganika with maliwi cuse mine get into fights alot

  • nice tank.check out mine

  • ive seen clown loaches in african tanks before, they dont mind the high PH?

  • They are awesome tank mates. Have now been in there for 6 years and are doing wonderfully. I have found you need to introduce clown loaches into a tank in pairs or more as they can get stressed very easily.

  • super jealous.....Lol I have cichlids that are cool looking but only like an inch and a half long.that has got to be the coolest home aquarium i have ever seen

  • thanks!

  • your frontosa is really gorgeous, is he from your local breeder or imported?:-)

  • thanks- he was local if I remember correctly

  • fish tank

  • looks like you have had that frontosa for a little while

  • Oh yeah, had him since he was just a little guy- he grew up surprisingly quick though.

  • what gives frontosas the big forehead? i love cichlids, i would have gotten a frontosa but i only have a 26 gallon tank. you ought to get brichardis, they are wonderful. i also have a tropheus duboisi and a labidochromis caeruleus

  • wat is that big thing at :44 with the big forehead?

  • A Frontosa

  • its a beautiful fish!

  • Thanks!

  • fish

  • cichlids

  • lol that frontosa has black people lips (im black)

  • Way to many fish in that tank. They almost need to ask the other fish, is they have to make an unusual turn.

    Nice collection of fish though.

  • Thanks- Keeping cichlids crowded reduces aggression

  • In some spicies, but increases it in others:) My thoughts are, that you miss out on the most exiting thing about the cichlids; their behavior, by stacking them so much. They look healthy, so things aren't that bad.

  • What size tank do you have? I see a calvus in there HAHA mine are way smaller then yours

  • Thanks. The first tank (beginning to about 0:40) is a 75

gallon tank. The tank from there on is my 210 gallon.

  • que tal de donde eres?

  • they dont kill each other~!??

  • Frontosa impactante

  • gracias

  • hats off!

  • thanks

  • Nice vid good music set up it matches. :-)

  • Great video. I love that Frontosa. One hell of a huge hump!

  • thanks

  • yhhhh wat a fukin beast of a frontosa

  • thank you

  • just had my afra mate with a medium zebra.... mom got sucked into the filter but held on to 4 of them, lost 24 that I counted in the filter, and mom made it through just fine, although she resembles a frankenfish! The fry look just like mom.

  • great tank!!! i have a similar setup as far as the fish go...how long will it take my frontosa to get that big? please check out my video and let me know....i'd really appreciate it!

  • Very nice tank, im going to be doing a cichlid tank very soon, right now i just have a Orange one, think hes a Red devil but not sure, if you wanna check him out i have a vid of the tank for now

  • and now i know what an african cichlid is

  • suprisingly peaceful for all those males,I guess the clown loaches help. impressive nuchalage on that frontosa!

  • thanks

  • very nice

  • thanks

  • I wouldn't try it, Cichlids are pretty agressive, just stick with African cichlids in your tank. You can put plecos, some type of catfish and clown loaches but I wouldn't mix other types, that's just me.

  • looks a bit cramped...

  • i wanna get some clown loaches my self,i have an electric blue cichlid like yourself not full grown though, and i just picked up 6barred frontosas and venastusus on sunday

  • what variant of frontosa is that big one?

  • I don't know much about Rosies, though I'm sure there will be some other commentators that may

  • what is the cichlid at 0:30 in the upper left corner, zebra stripes, looks like a supersized convict?

  • That one's a Frontosa

  • very nice

  • thanks

  • thanks

  • wow your cichlids look just like mine

  • Awesome tank! Love it!

  • thanks

  • how did it take your clown loaches to grow that big ?

  • They were a good 1.5 inches when I got them- this video was taken about 2.5 years after I got them.

  • man thts beautiful frontosa

  • thanks

  • if you keep them right they are realy rewarding. i had some a few years ago they were very entertaining. they are prone to white spot, thats why they died. it wasn't the clown loaches that started it though, it was a bala shark

  • most amazing front i have ever seen man. i tip my hat to you.

  • thanks!

  • Hail Frontosa!!!!!!!! Nice Frontosa you most be proud.

  • Sorry ALL THE FISH ARE NICE!!

  • heh thanks- the frontosa is my pride and joy when it comes to the fish

  • hey man awsome tank nice fish i got most of them i have a venustus but he dided he was 38 cm long haha any way congrats on the good tank wats the 1 at the back at 0:31 be hind the clown loach 1 at the very back?

  • what is the name of the one with big head

  • that's a frontosa

  • how many gallon is it?

  • the first one you see is a 75 gallon and the second one (at around 0:40) is a 210 gallon tank

  • Hey I have a cichlid tank with some unknown cichlids im pretty sure theyre from Lake Malawi can you help name them please? Check my channel for the videos.

  • Nice

  • fish are my favorite animals

  • nice tank.

Just wondering if you knew what that blue-green-red fish right at the beginning is called?

  • He's a Red Empress

  • That is a Red Empress.

  • hey wat is the fish called that is yellowish with black dots on it it was the kinda big one

  • That would be a Venustus.

  • very good male frontoza

    and very good tank :)

  • absolutley stunning fish.

  • hay albiymaj83 you could get a 55 gallon at wal mart for 150, it comes with every thing you need to set it up, 75 for a stand
