So anybody who fights for repudiation of kashmir automatically becomes a criminal according to Indian constitution. He/She becomes a traitor & dealt the way a traitor should be. At times human rights r abused there which is completely understandable( in such a scenario), but not tolerable. Appropriate actions r taken by Indian authorities to punish the guilty.

According to indians on this forum Christians are treated much better in India as compared to Pakistan just because a few people from minority groups have been granted leadership positions by the Indian Government. I assume that is precisely why all minority groups living in India including Christians, sikhs, muslims and naxals are leading separatist movements there unlike in Pakistan :)
