  • Who needs vocals if you have jpj?

  • I never thought this before.

A lap steel with distortion, awesome!

He is a multi-instrumentalist, all instrument he plays!

  • @xXFallenHazeXx umm, wut do u mean?

  • Is there anything this man cannot do?

  • i may sound really stupid but what is that hes playing? its awesome

    RIP bonham

  • @calvin3497 it's in the video title

  • @calvin3497 i think its a pedal steel guitar

  • jpj = jp +rp =)

  • 低評価に入れたのは たぶんジミーペイジ

  • Who needs vocals when you have JPJ?

  • wow,is great

  • John Paul Jones = Most talented man in Led Zeppelin, and much under appreciated

  • Imagine to get the call to play bass (or drums) for JPJ!

  • I wonder how jimmy and robert feel about JPJ doing the old stuff as good as the originals? and he is allowed to do it cuz he is one of "the originals!!" Rock the fuck on JPJ!!

  • @milesneedham thats a bad question to ask, they obviously don't mind and if anything if they did JPJ would still do it since they never called him to play.

  • @milesneedham I'll agree this is good....but really?!? comparing this to the original track.....that's kinda dumb...

  • that was so good I was laughing and crying at the same time.

    really really really good band.

thanks for the upload I thoroughly enjoyed that and you can see the audience at the gig loved it too.

  • I like to see jpj with his expirience with the young guys

  • JPJ ....a beast of rock!

  • Суперово!!!

  • Jones could probably blow you away with a shoebox wrapped in rubberbands

  • I enjoyed the way John Paul Jones played, but i think vocals were REALLY needed. And, if compared to what Robert Plant and Jimmy Page did to the old Led Zeppelin songs, JPJ lost by far. I'm not saying i don't like JPJ, but looks like he just tried to replay the songs, while the other two reinvented it.

  • @BGo93 your nuts dude

  • Is that Flea on bass?

  • @jpdidit No, it's Nick Beggs on Chapman Stick (not bass)

  • Geeze, that bass have enough strings?

  • @TitaniousGrubbs Its a chapman stick, not a bass.

  • @hojima Geeze, does that chapman stick have enough strings?

  • @TitaniousGrubbs Search warr guitars... This is nothing compared to them.

  • he's very young in heart and a great musician

  • JPJ is one talented dude...I had no idea he also played slide guitar too

  • Damn he's so sexy.

  • Geez, what doesnt john play?

  • great stuff as usual from JPJ

  • The master of music!

  • THIS IS SO BEAST!!!!

  • It's funny how he used that to imitate Robert's voice.

  • a typically creative spin on his huge musical legacy

re-hashing the same old shit is just not his way

    love the vultures

  • What can't he do?!

  • zeppelin pouring out of him, great stuff

  • I love this version.

  • This guy has talent right out the ying yang

  • @wmjoca check out them crooked vultures. scumbag blues has a great JPJ breakdown

  • He is a great man in person, as my friend, and as a musician. Still, to this day, he competes on par and better than most modern and classic versatile musicians.

  • Wow. He must be amazing to know.

I can't wait for more solo releases. Thunderchief really is a good disc. His skills seem to keep growing all the time.

  • Holy crap...I've got to hand it to JPJ is one awesome MOFO

  • I love JPJ

  • GONNA MAKE BURN !!!

  • OMG thank you soooooooooo much for this! I never thought I'd see the Seattle gig on youtube, you're the best!

  • OH MY GOD! GREAT!
