actually George,you can only buy rifles and ammo in a wal-mart.he bought the gun in Sportsman’s Warehouse tucson,but for some reason they would not sell him the ammo for the pistol.the first wal-mart would not sell him ammo so he went outside the city limits to another wal-mart.
now why didn't the gun store or the first wal-mart sell him ammo and why didn't they tip the cops off for the reason we will never find out.
