Wow you have very smooth moves like at 5:08 and nice dodge at 1:08 you I noticed you try to save time bye pulling off moves to be faster you can try doing a long jump by runing crouch jump over and over.
Wow... I have truly shocked. You are the supreme master of SM64! But you don't actually need the Red Cap to do that other mission. I did it with just the cannon. It was really hard but I managed...

I think I used to always pick up that 7th red coin in Bob-Omb Battlefield by crawling... but it takes much longer than your method.
