@MrRanielchannel He is Lowmax, a free rigg for 3D Studio Max, I think he is also avaible on MAYA but I am not sure on that. It's a very decent rigg for amateur animators and is a easy shortcut to do some animation without making your own rigg from scratch :)
the speed of sound is aprox 300 m/s while the speed of light is approx 300,000 km/s, so for there to be even slightly noticeable delay, an observer would have to stand at least 150 m from the action. The only delay you need to worry about when animating is facial movements starting slightly ahead of the sound, but that is only a few frames at most, and not a full second.

@marmilde there is no full second delay in the video (not on my computer) it's only been altered by 2 frames

Dude, like the audio is way outa sync, try moving the animation back a frame or two, might help with the syncing. Other than that its looking orite.

@cusanorojoable this is the "no earphones" version, the keys are with intention moved so it will emulate the delay between sound and motion.
