  • Hi, very nice sequence ! What is the 4 step sequencer ? Is it DIY ?

  • @dcreatorx Uh oh. Sorry I didn't see this message earlier. Yes - the Quadatrix 1 volt / octave sequencers are all DIY. :) All 4 of the semitone 4 steps and the single octave 4 step. I still intend to make 3 more octave for steps. That will give me up to 16 steps accessible through X and Y axis, for the semitones and octave changes.

  • Do yu also have a MFOS minisynth inthere somewhere or did you build everything on the boards apart?

I am building a minisynth myself. The board is finished and hooked up to all the pots and switches. Now i am building a power suplie so i can test it without wondering if the batteries do what they should.

  • @celticart No. Everything in my modular and now my new noise machine, are discrete modules.

BUT - I DO have 2 of Ray Wilson's new Sound FX pcbs arriving here any day. They'll both be mounted into my noise machine. (As much of my modular is being transferred to there, as well.)

How did your minisynth come along? Have you been having fun with it? :D

  • Thanks greatly Red! :) More videos are coming. I'm busy now constructing a sequencer engine (seq. controller). Once completed, there'll be quite a few videos of it all - showing what and how, coming up as well. :)

  • That was pretty neat. You'll have to make a vid that really show's what it can do. Later...
