Must be just before the level where you get to drive the Stalker. Which is a fun level indeed.

Really? It's been ages since I last played it... oh well. Still the best vehicle in any game, ever. The Chimera sure knew what they were doing when they created it. :)

Yup, you drive it there with Cartwright to shoot all the Titans and mortars, and then in one of the last few levels where you have to kill the Goliath and 2 Stalkers, with Cartwright again. Yeah i liked the Stalker way more compared to the other vehicles...much more easy to control!
