it seems that our youtube generation, the young people between 15-35, dont give a shit about the young youtubers in egypt. while they fought and fight for democracy, we just watched them at youtube.
but at least we watched their clips, listen to their voices and remembered them.
Today Egypt is free free from oppression tomorrow it is America's turn to be free from oppression, poverty, corruption and police brutality. Long live the People's world wide revolution.
@warwithangels haha ! YES! It's a beautiful thing to see the people rise from oppression and banding together be stronger than the oppressors! POWER IS TRULY TO THE PEOPLE ! YES !
@Gayfurry77777i have walk this beautiful land may her sacred pulse rekindle peace into the hearts of all... they will never take away our FREEDOM!!! my heart cries in for joy in knowing that this is just one of the examples yet to come ALL RISE !!!
According to the State Department, U.S. military aid to Egypt totals over $1.3 billion annually in a stream of funding known as Foreign Military Financing
@Gayfurry77777 So I'm posting this video you see in response to my own which totally diminishes your claim of importance of the Palestinians taking back Palestine, and that as you say Egypt future leaders will be opponents of Isreal in the U.S. interests, off-topic from the video about the uprising against Mubarak and totally not a pro-humanist view of mankind in general.
i hear about all these things on how egypt should support israel n how if the muslim brotherhood becomes the ruling faction,it'll try to wipe out israel.first of all EVERY EGYPTIAN wants to wipe out israel (well, other than mubarak n omar soliman) n restore the land of palestine to the palestinians.so whether the muslim brotherhood takes control or not,the future leaders of EGYPT will be asked to support te cause of palestine against israel n usa's interest....i'm an EGYPTIAN
@HIMAZZZ1991 future leaders of EGYPT will be asked to support te cause of palestine against israel n usa's interest....i'm an EGYPTIAN <---u.s.a. supports Israel, so in the interest of U.S.A. peaceful means are in everyone's interest, not blockades by Isreal nor bombs by palestinians. If Palestinians are so determined to take Palestine back they need to become a stronger force in the world by advancing thier people with education and monitarily and technology, the past is in the old world,
@Gayfurry77777 the borders of land as seen from space do not exist , they are in our minds, such futile agression and petty religious based pride will be our undoing in civilization. As a species we need to work together and advance not argue over petty land squabbles. we are a very small planet and in the grand scheme what we get back over spilling blood is what? trivial. being an egyptian as you are doesnt mean your opion is reresentative of all its citizens, but thanks for your opinion.

@HIMAZZZ1991 also some fun facts to know about the "U.S." interests (even though the U.S. has a 13 trillion dollar debt): Egypt gets the most U.S. foreign aid of any country except for Israel. (This doesn't include the money spent on the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.) The amount varies each year and there are many different funding streams, but U.S. foreign assistance to Egypt has averaged just over $2 billion every year since 1979, when Egypt struck a peace treaty with Israel
@HIMAZZZ1991 that wont happen isreal would sooner use nukes than be driven from that land. It would be in egypt's best interest to appoint elected officials chosen by the people. Then this government should look to stabilize the region with dialogue instead of causing even more unrest by "wiping out isreal". The middle east is volatile right now and its best to try and establish good relations all through the region. As well as fair goverments for all. I wish your country luck in your future.
Mubarak is a dictator and the people are oppressed and deserve much better, that much is clear.
However, during these riots, Islamic terrorists (otherwise known as the "Muslim Brotherhood") are being released from prison. As we all know, Islamics have a VERY poor attitude towards Israel, and would love to wipe it out. Mubarak is a strong supporter of Israel.
I'd love to see the people happy, but I'd hate to have it lead to this.
@TR0L0L0LO agreed, Mubarak is clearly instituting an oprresive regime' what i find amazing is the grass roots uprising of a people clearly wanting fair and just treatment from tyranny, in these times its nothing short of amazing, i am sorry to see as you point out the release of the more radical faction from the prisons, this can clearly taint the situation. ~ thanks for pointing that out.
@Gayfurry77777 As corrupt as Mubarak is, he supports Israel, and I highly doubt he would support a cause that would gladly dispose of Israel by releasing some of their prisoners.
egypt is not free at all.

While it's slightly unlikely the Brotherhood will take control, if they do, it could be bad for both America and Israel.
