@punx8086 because they lock on to the sound. I use a call that I learned called the walk in. You can actually use it to center ducks in your blind.

went ducks are coming in your don't call at all because they are already coming in so why make quacks when one wrong note will spook them........

I blow Tick-uh instead of tuck-uh..it makes a slightly different sound, of which I am not sure which is better. make sure the "uh" note is cut short so it doesn't draw out ;)

his call is really high! all the calls i'v heard are alot older so i would say don't look for a call like his. he is a verry good duck caller though

say "tuk-a tuk-a tuk-a" into your call and you'll get the hang of it real quick. You might want to check out an instructional DVD for all sorts of ways to call ducks. There are tons to choose from--I've got "The Art of Commanding Ducks II" from the Duck Commander and its' quite good.

It's not him it's the call. That call sucks go with ZInk much better sounding calls.

not really, I blow zink but if it is a modern high quality call any talented caller can make it sound good.
