I haven't watched much of Armada, but I definitely like how Star is portrayed. I love G1, still, but too many people think he's a coward, when he's more of a clever actor in it. This version of him put that argument to rest. That little clip with him and Alexis actually made me sad.

@RavenFirewind Indeed. Everyone in G1 overlooks the fact that no one else even had the balls to challenge Megatron... whereas starscream was man enough to risk his life for it over and over. OF COURSE that could also come across as stupidity...

Star was scared, there's no doubt; but he faced what he was afraid of. He would grovel later, yeah, but at least he tried. ^^;

Not that I think Megatron is a total jerk; there were times he was pretty damn decent to Star. Sometimes SS offended too easily, sometimes Megs was in a bad mood and Star was just the unfortunate mech to bear the brunt. Both characters complement each other.

@TimTomTompson: For the short period of time in which Starscream was actually with the Autobots, the kids were the only ones who really trusted him, Alexis being the one who treated him the nicest. I believe shes the one who made the quilt for him to clean shit up with. He also gets her some rock from mars because she asked for it (just an example, she was the only one he really trusted)

Thats actually what he did in Armada's sucessor, Energon. Starscream had amnesia and was starting to remember his role in Armada, then Megatron wiped his memory.

@microjo11 he WAS an autobot he was a fleet admiral then was demoted because of his pride problem. Thrown on some back end research station, that's where he met Megatron too and kinda explains why all the autobots don't trust him and why megatron hates his guts. Thanks to Transformers:war for cybertron which is actual cannon! Which i find is TOTALLY awesome.

Yeah i know, I 'wasted' one of the most epic guitar solos on dialogue because I didn't want to overwrite the real lyrics of the song (cuz you know, yelling INTO THE NIGHT is something I dont feel bad about replacing).

The other option would have been to FASTPACEFADE different scenes where the person who is well knowledgeable of Armada KNOWS what was said but... I dont think that many people remember.
