@planefreak3 Must've been on varsity with a highschool that took it's wrestling quite seriously. We practiced with the varsity team once in a room that was heated and got yelled when we opened the doors. We never did long runs though. Not exactly sure why it's very tiring :/. I remember my first match i was almost dead after the first round. My freshmen year i was up against a junior i was winning in the first round 3-0 ended up losing in the second.

@patman173 nope, our wrestling team is probably one of the least cared about teams in the school (although the coaches, parents and wrestlers care about the team a whole lot...but then again its beverly hills, all the rich ppl's money goes to other teams) varsity, jv and freshman practice together in one room 85 degree heat windows closed, we had water breaks every 30 minutes to 1 hour...i had a great year tho
